Andrew has spent over 25 years working with environmental NGOs at both the national level in Canada and internationally at the Arctic Council and International Maritime Organisation (IMO). He focuses on policy development which reduces pollution and emissions in the marine shipping sector, and works with civil society and Indigenous organizations on advocacy and campaign implementation.
