Kathy is based in Trinidad & Tobago. She holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution and supports Equal Routes through the provision of conflict coaching, facilitation and mediation services as well as online conflict education. She is particularly interested in weaving restorative justice into organizational culture and at the community level, increasing resilience to face 21st century challenges.
