Leen is a community organizer based in Toronto whose work focuses on poverty alleviation, access to justice, and climate justice. Her commitment to environmentalism is rooted in the understanding that the communities most impacted by climate collapse are working-class people, Indigenous communities, and those in the Global South -- communities already bearing the weight of political and economic inequality. At Equal Routes, Leen works to craft media and messaging to advance Equal Routes' research on LNG and biofuels usage.
